General Salon FAQs

We provide a full range of salon services including professional haircuts, colour and balayage, hair treatments, blow waves, bridal and special event styling, as well as make-up, brow shaping, lamination, and tinting. You can view our extensive and detailed list of services in our book online area.
You’ll find us at Shop 2/9 Howe Street, Daylesford, VIC 3460 – right in the heart of Daylesford.
Bookings can be made online through our website, by phone on (03) 5348 1313, or in person at the salon.
We are open Tuesday–Thursday 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Wednesday & Friday until 9:00 pm, and Saturdays 9:00 am–3:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Please note that during winter this may be subjected to change.
Yes, we offer salon gift vouchers that can be purchased in-salon or online it is the perfect gift for someone special.

Balayage is a freehand painting technique that creates soft, natural highlights with a sun-kissed effect. Foils are more structured, giving stronger contrast and definition.
Yes, in most cases a toner is recommended to refine the shade, neutralise brassiness, and enhance your final result.
Balayage typically lasts 3–4 months. Because of its natural regrowth, it’s lower maintenance than traditional foils making it popular.
Yes, balayage can be adapted for most hair types and base colours. Our stylists will personalise the technique to suit your look.
We recommend professional salon-quality shampoos and conditioners from our professional salon ranges. We currently stock a range of haircare products such as Nak and Kevin Murphy to maintain your colour and keep hair healthy.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late changes may incur a fee.
We recommend booking to secure your preferred time, but walk-ins are welcome if we have availability.
